We DO NOT accept returns of domestic orders at the moment.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received an item that was damaged or possibly different than what was ordered, please take a photograph and email us at email@example.com so we can assist you better.
We can only issue a refund to the original form of payment used at the point of purchase.
Please allow 5-7 business days from when the item is delivered for your returned order to be processed. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days).
Products must be returned in their original condition. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns cannot be combined with multiple orders.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of human damages or do not meet the above criteria.
